Cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients
6 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 12 cup *BROTH - Organic, Chicken - Imagine (by MALAKIA63) 32 oz Fairlife fat free Milk (by XXPERIENCEXX) 12 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 6 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) 3 tsp black pepper corn (ground) (by V3RON162) 6 serving Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mince and cook onion til very soft and translucent. Add mushrooms sliced. Cook till very soft. Add chicken broth (I used bone broth as it has 9 grams of protein per serving). Mix milk and cornstarch and add when low bubble and stir till slightly thickened. Serve as is or strain to eat if on liquid diet phase. Add your favorite seasoning like thyme.
