WW Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
340 grams Butternut Squash 4 cup Vegetable Broth 4 tbsp onions raw .5 cup apple, fresh fruit (1 cup chopped) .25 tsp Pink Himalayan salt .12 tsp Pepper, black .12 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
In large pot combine broth, squash, onion, and apple. Cover pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Uncover pot and reduce heat to low; gently simmer until squash is very tender, about 10 minutes.
Purée soup in pot with immersion blender or regular blender. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
