Smashed Garlic Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
15.0 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw0.25 cup Half and Half Cream0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Buy potatoes that are microwaveable in bag. Microwave as per bag instructions, usually about 8 minutes. When done open bag and place in bowl. Smash with potato masher leaving skins on. Put in cream, cheese, and seasonings, mix up and serve. Potatoes will not be smooth like mashed potatoes bite with small chunks of potatoes.
