0.25 large Yambean (jicama) 5.25 cup Great Value Deluxe Stir Fry Frozen Vegetable mix 6 serving Great Value Frozen Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts (4 oz. serving size cmr) 2.5 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared) 6 tbsp San-J Gluten Free Orange Sauce
Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Using pre-roasted or boiled cut up chicken pieces, add chicken to sauce pan with the vegetables, and add the pineapple drained. Stir and heat on low until mixture is hot. Mix in the orange sauce and heat until hot.
Prepare rice according to package directions. Serve orange chicken over rice.
