Grilled eggplant

Ingredients
* 2 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb (remove) * 2/3 cup olive oil * 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, Herbs (rosemary etc.). about 1 handful fresh.
Directions
Mix herbs olive oil and vinegar. Slice Eggplant. Marinade in herb mixture--at least 20 min. Heat grill. Cook slices till done--serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
