12 oz Johnsonville Fresh Hot Pork Sausage (loose, not links) (by FAITHBRENNAN) 14 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce (by ELEGIACSTANZAS) 3 tsp Onion powder 3 tsp Garlic powder 4 grams Portabella Mushrooms .20 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp .3 tbsp *teryaki sauce, la choy (by CABC_2941)
combine all other ingredients except: Ketchup, teriyaki and 1 tsp of worcestershire (set aside and mix for glaze) -
make into loaf - bake 350 - 1-1.5 hours. Glaze and bake for another 10 minutes.
