Korean Grilled Beef Skewers

Ingredients
1 lb boneless beef loin or sirlion steak3 tablespoons lite or regular soy sauce2 tablespoons Sesame Seed2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon water1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper2 green onions, sliced
Directions
1. Place steak in freezer for 20 minutes. Cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick strips.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a self closing bag. Add steak, rotate to mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Remove steak from marinade. Thread steak in zig zag fashing onton skewers. Grill over medium high heat or broil 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
