Apple carrot soup

Ingredients
2 c Cream1.5 cup Chicken Broth2 lbs Carrots, peeled and Chopped3 Granny smith apples,peeled and chopped 1.large sweet Onions, chopped1 tsp cracked black pepper 3 sprigs fresh thyme1 1/4 c Apple Cider1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in Dutch oven. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer 50-60 minutes until all carrots are tender. Remove thyme sprigs. Puree and serve immediately.
