Chicken fajita with mushrooms

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 tbsp Sunflower Oil250.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)5.29 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Marinade breasts as desired, slice Julienne , saute then set aside. Wilt onions , veggies, add mushrooms and garlic with butter & oil, cook until mushrooms cook, add chicken again, add spices, saute, add cilantro, serve. I use leftovers with low carb wraps the next day as my lunch :) Serving Size: 2 huge helpings
