1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw3.0 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can5.0 tbsp Salad dressing, Trader Joes Balsamic Vinaigrette3.0 cup 365 Organic Quinoa40.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Rinse 1.5 cups quinoa well and add to pot with 3.5 cups water. Bring to boil then lower heat to simmer. Put lid on and set timer for 15 minutes. When done, remove lid, fluff the cooked quinoa and let cool.
In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
