1 cup low sodium chicken broth 1 cup Fat free half and half 1 cup fat free milk 1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt 4 oz grated parmesan 2 dash Pepper, black 1 Tbs roasted minced garlic1 tsp ground coriander seed
Heat broth in a medium saucepan until it begins to simmer.
Reduce heat to low. Add the milk and the half and half. Continue on low heat, stirring constantly, until combined.
Remove from heat.
Add seasonings, yogurt and parmesan. Mix well until the sauce reaches a smooth consistency.
Serve immediately over pasta or veggies, or reheat on low to use later.
