2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice 1 1/2 cups Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1/4 cup Water, tap 1 tsp Curry powder 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Paprika 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground 1/2 medium Onion, diced
Bring chicken broth and water to a boil. In a large bowl combine rice, curry powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, paprika and cloves. Stir to mix.
Add spiced rice and diced onions to the boiling broth. Cover and reduce heat. Allow to finish cooking for about 15 minutes or until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
