    I have often used this combination, and it works! Hamburger or Tuna or Turkey or chicken for the hamburger. Vegetable Soup, or mushroom soup, or cream of chicken soup for the soup. Pasta, or peas, or rice or potatoes for the third step. Then add a topping if you like, ground crackers or whatever. - 5/29/08
