Vegan Brown Rice in the Rice Cooker

Ingredients
3 cups Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth 1 and 1/2 cups of long grain brown rice
Directions
Measure your rice using the measuring cup that comes with your rice cooker (I use a Salton brand rice cooker). Alternately, just measure out 1 1/2 cups of rice. Place in the metal cooking basket in the cooker. Fill the basket to the 3 cup mark AFTER you have already filled it with rice.

Place glass lid securely on the cooker and turn on. Rice will be finished in 40-45 minutes, at which time the switch flips off by itself and the light goes out. Unplug the machine and fluff rice with a fork. Serve rice.
