2.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened16.0 tbsp Crazy Richards 100% natural Peanut Butter8.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened52.0 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams)
Directions
Mix all ingredients bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if mostly clean for doneness. Place in refrigerator for several hours after cooled off. Best if left overnight.
