2 serving egg fresh 1 cup Milk full fat 1 cup woolworths (by YOBBI1) 3 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv 0.50 cup tapioca flour (by BENSON37) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) .12 oz PopCorner - Sea Salt
In medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ghee and set aside.
Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Allow to rest 5 minutes so coconut flour can soak up some of the moisture, then whisk again.
Place 8" pan on stove on medium heat and season with oil. Pour 1/3 cup batter into pan and swirl to coat bottom and keeps tortilla thin.
Cook each side too brown.
Lightly oil pan again till all batter is used. Place tortillas on paper towel till ready to serve.
