Muesli for Microbes

Ingredients
4 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin 2 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain 0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill 100% Whole Grain 10 Grain Hot Cereal .25 cup, chopped Hazelnuts 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 2 tbsp Lemon juice .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Salt
Directions
Chop apples in food processor. Add all ingredients in big bowl. Let sit overnight (though I thought it was good immediately). Drizzle with honey
