Pepper Jack Turkey Meat Loaf

1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 0.25 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 20 oz Shady Brook Farms 93% Lean Ground Turkey 4 serving Cheese, Pepper Jack, Reduced Fat, Sargento 1 slice .72 serving Itialian Style Cheese 1/3 cup salt and pepper
Mix meat, onion, egg whites, salt and pepper and split into 2 even pieces. Press 1/2 of the meat mixture into a loaf pan on the bottom and up the sides. Add 3/4 cup Italian cheese. Then top with rest of meat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Or until Meat reaches 165 degrees. Then add 4 slices of Pepper Jack cheese to top and return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
