Ingredients
1 cup Flour, white 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 dash Salt 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Double sift and mix all dry ingredients. Add milk and egg and stir. Fry on pan makes six. Serving Size: Makes 6-8 crepes. 6 8inch
