1 cup grated carrots1 cup fresh spinach, chopped if desired1 cup chopped broccoli1 can (10.5 oz.) of Hormel canned white meat chicken12 dry-roasted peanuts, no salt!4 tablespoons of lite soy sauce1 tablespoon of olive oilsalt & pepper to taste
