Red Pepper Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 large Onions, raw 150 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 4 tsp Garlic 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup Beans, red kidney 9 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 3 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 2.11 cup Chicken Stock (Knorr Chicken Stockpot Makes 500mls) (by ASTROCHEF)
Directions
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil, followed by chopped onions, red peppers, celery and garlic. Saute for 3-5 minutes
2. Place the sauteed veggies and the drained kidney beans in a large slow cooker. Place the chicken over the top, then sprinkle the spices over
3. Place the chicken broth/stock in the slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours
4. When the chicken is cooked through, shred the chicken with a fork. Stir the shredded chicken back into the crockpot.
Serve Warm!
