Ingredients
.5 cup Raspberries smashed1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp. , chopped Walnuts 1 tsp. Cilantro, raw chopped3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mix together the raspberries, vinegar, walnuts & cilantro in a bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to emulsify. Add salt & pepper to taste.
