Armadillo Eggs

Ingredients
6 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 453 grams Pork Sausage (16 ox)270 grams Cream Cheese, Fat Free (8 oz) 3 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (6 slices)
Directions
Core jalapenos (wear rubber gloves). DO NOT TOUCH FACE
Stuff jalapenos with cheese.
Devide sausage into 6 portions. Wrap each jalapeno with a portion of sausage.
Wrap each 'egg' with a slice of bacon.
Bake or grill @ 350' for 25-30 min.
