10 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Ginger, ground 24 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 24 tsp Splenda .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 3 fruit (2-1/2" dia) Japanese Persimmons 1 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium) .5 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
350 degrees preheated oven with lined muffin tins. Cook until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
