Peppermint Chocolate Fat Bombs

.5 oz baker's chocolate-semisweet 1 oz. square (by BIGHOTMOMMA44) 12 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER 3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) .5 tsp Peppermint Extract (sunflower oil based) (by -POOKIE-)
Mix the melted coconut oil with coconut butter, coconut and peppermint extract.
Pour half the mixture into silicon cases or ice cube trays or whatever container you have available. Place in the fridge. This will become the white layer.
Now add the chocolate to the remaining mixture, then pour onto the white layer which has set in the fridge.
Pop back into the fridge until set completely.
Divide into 8 equally sized pieces.
