Matzo Balls (from a mix)

Ingredients
1 Packet Manischewitz Matzo Ball Mix2 large eggs2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Mix together the packet mix, eggs and oil.
After well blended, let sit in the fridge for 10 min to firm.
Start a large pot of boiling salted water, and roll walnut sized balls from the mix, adding them to the water.
Set a gentle rolling boil and cover. Boil for 20 min.
Add to your favorite soup!
