Vidalia Onion Casserole

Ingredients
2 lg Vidalia Onion (sliced)1 Stick of I Can't Believe It's Butter1 pkg Nabisco low Sodium Ritz Crakers1 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese
Directions
Sautee onions in stick butter until transparent. In casserol dish layer onions, crushed crackers then cheese. Repeat layers again. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 mins until cheese has melted.
