Kielbasa and egg noodles

Ingredients
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh 8 oz Egg Noodles, enriched 1 cup Peas, frozen 6 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 5 dash Pepper, black 2 dash Salt 16 oz Kielbasa, pork and beef 3 clove Garlic
Directions
Cook noodles, set aside. Brown sausage in 1 tbsp oil. Add onions and carrots, butter and oil; cook until soft. Add cabbage and cook about 10 minutes. Add peas and noodles, cook until heated. Serving Size: 7 1-cup servings
