8 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 4 tbsp Smucker's Red Raspberry Jam 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken breast in half and pound to 1/3in thin with a tenderizer or frying pan. Bake for 30 min. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan melt the butter, add the jam, then the soy sauce and black pepper. Top the chicken with the sauce and back for 10 more minutes.Serve with rice.
