Paleo Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
3.5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.35 cup Maple Syrup 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
Mash banana. Add eggs, pumpkin, maple syrup (can add/decrease amount to taste). Add almond meal, spice and baking powder. Desperate into muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 mins or until golden and not soft on inside. Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
