Ingredients
2 chicken breast/skniless,boneless1 C. brocolli1 C. colliflour1 C. raw carrots1 C. summer squash1/2 C. corn1 or 1/2 raw onion2 Tbls. Honey BBQ Sauce1 Tbls. Honeymrs dash to flavor..or salt and pepper
Directions
First cook your chicken you may bake or boil.(If boil save juice afterwards.)Chop into bit size pieces.
Leave whole or chop all veggies except onions.
Chopped onions to size you like or wedges
Steam all veggies in tupperware steamer.(for 8 min. or until tender.)
Take a skillet large enough to fit all ingredients.
poor juice off chicken into skillet, bring to boil.
The add BBQ sauce and honey.
Add steamed veggies and onion.
Cover and lower heat to med.
Stir mixture around every 2 to 3 min.
Once sauce starts thickening slightly remove lid and cont. to cook till sauce is at desired thickness.
Remove from heat and serve.

You can let this cool put in refridge.
Make you some pasta and have this again...Or its great in an omelet the next morning.
