16 oz Shrimp, cooked 8 oz Cream Cheese .5 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 4 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits 1.5 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT
saute the onion and garlic in the butter. Add the cream cheese, cream, and milk. Once blended, add the shredded cheese. Add more milk/cream if desired for consistency. Once sauce is ready, add shrimp and stir until cooked. Serve over toast or rice or just in a bowl.
