Ingredients
0.5 serving Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup0.5 serving Essential 10 Meal Replacement1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 cup ice cubes
Directions
Using blender (I have the ninja) add soymilk, protein and water. Blend together as you add in ice cubes until you get to desired thickness. Pour and enjoy!
