Finnish pancake

Ingredients
0.25 cup Butter, unsalted0.5 tsp Salt4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Flour, white2.0 cup Milk, 3.25%0.25 cup Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix together thr eggs, flour, honey, salt and milk in a bowl. Put a medium to large all-metal skillet in the oven. After the pan has heated up, put all the butter in the skillet and close the oven for 5 minutes. Once the butter is melted and foamy, but not browned, pour in the batter and let bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out fairly clean. The pancake should rise up the sides of the skillet, but will rapidly fall once removed from the oven. Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into 8 slices and serve hot.
