Cheesy Spinach Fillo Rolls

Ingredients
10 sheets of Fillo dough3 Tablespoons butter (melted)1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1 ounce of fresh spinach
Directions
Spread a single sheet of Fillo on work surface
drizzle with butter
add another sheet
Repeat until 5th sheet is placed, Do NOT drizzle butter on top of fifth sheet

Place 1/2 cup of cheese into center of fillo stack
Place 1/2 ounce of spinach onto cheese
cover with 3/8 cups cheese

Fold fillo around filling sealing edges with butter

REPEAT to form second roll

Place on greased flat sheet pan seam down
slit tops slightly to vent
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until golden

allow to rest about 5 minutes
Slice each roll into quarters for a side dish portion
