Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour batter into a skillet ( make pancakes about 3 - 4 inches. You want the pancakes almost cooked through before flipping.

I have topped with maple syrup, blueberries or strawberries. Toppings not included in nutritional information.
