1.5 cup All-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill's (by MGALL4) 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 2 tsp Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals .75 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Heat waffle iron
Place 0.5 cup of mix on waffle iron
Cook for 3-5 minutes
