Fresh Summer Protien Shake

Ingredients
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protien Powder100 (about 1 cup) of cubed watermelon1 cup of frozen Raspberries.5 fresh halved strawberries.5 cup of Fiber One.5 cup low fat yogurt6 ice cubes (crushed)
Directions
I used fresh strawberries and watermelon, and frozend raspberries. However, this could be made with all fresh products or all frozen.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. I blend for about 5 minutes for volume.

This makes roughly 2 16 oz servings if blended for 5 minutes.
