Low calorie Pancakes

Ingredients
1 dash Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 serving Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients (oats, baking poder and salt), and put some leaves of stevia in 0.5 cup of hot water, meanwhile, add the egg and the milk, taste the water to make sure it took the sweet falvor of the stevia, and then pour it in the mix, let it rest for 3 minutes, for the baking powder to do it's magic and cook in a pan.

Serving Size: 3 pancakes (5 tbsp of batter each)
