Ingredients
4.0 serving potatoe medium1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips3.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives8.0 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped6.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil1.0 cup Mushroom Gravy0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cube potatoes, add in actifry with oil for 5 minutes. Dice mushrooms and onion and add in actifry, cook for about 20 minutes. The last five minutes, add yellow diced pepper and green onions. Make the gravy. Shred cheese fine and add a bit on your served up bowl.
