Ingredients
4.0 serving(s) potatoe1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.1 cup Flour, white1.0 tbsp beef stock powder4.0 mushrooms Shiitake Mushrooms1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add oil and cubed potatoes in actifry. After 5 minutes, add the mushrooms, hot pepper and onion. After 20 minutes, when potatoes are tender, add the yellow pepper,and green onions for another 5 minutes. Make the gravy by combining water, flour, mushrooms (I used dried shitake, ground into a powder) and stock. Being to a boil in a pot. I shredded the cheese finely and sprinkled it on at the end.
