Ingredients
2.5 cup Bobs Red Mill Blanched Almond Flour0.5 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup Butter, salted4.0 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract1.0 serving Egg white, large48.0 tsp Sweet Additions Splenda like Baking Sugar17.0 gram Lily''s Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper, set aside. Cream together melted butter, melted coconut oil, & sugar substitute. Then add egg & vanilla. Set aside wet mixture. In seperate bowl whisk together almond flour, salt, and baking soda. Add this to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Place 1 Tablespoon sized cookie dough on cookie sheet, press dough down with bottom of glass or with hand. Bake in preheat 350° oven for 8 minutes or til golden brown around edges. Cool with parchment paper on cookie cooling track for 15 mins. Transfer or eat & enjoy. Transfer to air tight container.
