500 gram(s) lean minced beef 500g (by DIANTHA21) 1 large Onions, raw 2 carrot Carrots, cooked 1 cup Bird's Eye Steam Fresh Cut Green Beans 1 Cup Bush's Butter Beans, Large 1 cup Peas, frozen 1 serving worchestire sauce (by GWDGAL21) 1 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 50 g Cornflour (UK) 425 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 1 tsp mixed dry herb (by SHELLSTEWART)
Place mince into large saucepan and add stock, onions and sauce.
Bring rapidly to the boil, stirring frequently to break up any large lumps of beef.
Add remaining vegetables and canned tomatoes. Add mixed herbs.
Thicken with cornflour dissolved in about 1/2 cup of cold water.
Extra salt may be added.
