450 grams Ground beef 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.75 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Pepper, black 7 tsp Garlic 2 tbsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Ground everything in a blender and make 20 patties and apply tbs oil in non stick pan and cook until done. Serving Size: Makes 20 cutlets
