Ingredients
2 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey polska Kielbasa .5 cup Bird's Eye, Mixed Vegetables, Frozen, California Blend (Carrots, Brocolli, Cauliflower) .25 serving Campbell's - Condensed Broccoli Cheddar Soup (1 Can) (by JENNYC86) 1 cup diced Potato, raw
Directions
Cut up potatoes and kielbasa. Add the broccoli cheddar soup and one can of water.
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
