Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Cream Cheese0.25 cup Cabbage, napa0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Onion powder2.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved1 tsp of mayoPinch of dashiPinch of bonitoflakesPinch of sesame seeds
Directions
Cook bacon till almost done move to the side. Mix egg, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and dashi in a bullet or blender. Chop up nappa Cabbage. In fring pan on med heat add dash of sesame oil. Arrange Cabbage in a round shape in center of pan,pour cream cheese egg mixture over top,cook on med heat until bubbles start to form on top. Add bacon on top then flip and cook the other side until browned. Serve hot topped with bonitoflakes flakes, sesame seeds and mayo
