Banana Chocolate Chip Mini-Muffins

Ingredients
.75 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp Sunflower Oil 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.5 gram(s) Dried Buttermilk Powder, King Arthur (by TIANAKI) 1 cup Flour, Unbleached All-Purpose (King Arthur) (by LESLIEHENRY) 1 cup Flour whole wheat King Arthur (by POLARABBY) 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs and 3 T. water. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture along with mashed bananas. Stir in chips. Scoop into greased muffin tin. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
