Roasted Sweet Potato and Apples

Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes, 5" long (cubed)1 small (2-1/2" dia) fresh with skin (diced)2 tbsp Pure Coconut Oil Cinnamon 1 tspPaprika 1/8 tspdash of freshly ground black pepperSalt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cut the sweet potato into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat up a cast iron skillet with coconut oil. Add the sweet potatoes. Stir the potatoes to coat them with oil. Leave them to cook while you cut up the apple into 1/4 inch dice. Stir in pan until evenly mixed and place iron skillet in the oven for 15 minutes. Stir and serve
