Red Curry Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
3 lb boneless rump roast, well trimmed1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced1 onion, thinly sliced4 cloves garlic, minced1 (13.5-oz) can coconut milk¼ cup red curry paste1 Tbsp crushed red pepper1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Directions
Cut roast into 1-inch cubes; season lightly with salt and pepper. Place beef in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Top with bell pepper, onion and garlic. Add coconut milk, curry paste and red pepper. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours. Stir in broccoli; cover and cook 30 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
