4 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium) .75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .33 oz Walnuts 3 serving Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Raspberry & Walnut Dressing, 2 Tbsp 2 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt .33 cup, chopped red Onions, raw
Chop kale, broccoli, and cabbage, shred carrots, dice Apple and onion. Toss with nuts, cranberries, and dressing. May add black pepper if desired. Let sit for a few minutes to develop flavor.
